Airframe & Tailboom Refurbishment

We offer complete Airframe retrofit and repair capabilities for the Bell 204, 205, 206 and 212 series, OH-58 series and UH-1 series aircraft. Jigs are used for precision alignment of both the airframe and tailboom. Complete strip, custom paint and re-wiring is also available.

Component Repair and Overhaul

Select Aviation provides component repair and overhaul for Bell 204, 205, 206 series, 212, OH-58 series and UH-1 series aircraft. Other services include Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant Inspection, testing and limited welding of aluminum and stainless.

Honeywell T-53 Overhaul & Repair

Select Aviation provides engine repair and overhaul for the Honeywell T53-L-11, T53-L-13 and T53-L-703 series engines. We operate one of the first FAA approved Test Cells for the T53 engine so every engine has a test run before it is returned to service.

Innovation

Select Aviation’s engineering department is continuously working to improve and enhance the UH-1 series and the OH-58 series aircraft through the in-house STC development process. We are fortunate to have one of the most comprehensive libraries of drawings and manuals for the UH-1 in the world. This provides us with the data needed to create improvements and enhancements to our Type Certificates.
